One Amazing Thing That Happened Over Break
The one thing that I liked or that I did over Christmas
break was I hung out at Emily’s house for New Year’s Eve. This was the best
celebration yet. It was 10:00 and we were blowing up what was supposed to be 40
bright colored balloons but turned out to be 30. Soon, time was ticking faster
than ever and it was 11:58. We put on our favorite song, and stood under our
balloon filled tarp. At 12:00, we grabbed the tarp and yanked and right then
and there, it was like a balloon catastrophe. I was as happy as a kitten with a
ball of yarn. After all of that fun, we decided it was time to go to sleep. 1
o’clock, 2 o’clock, and finally at 3:30 am, we were out and sleeping like
children. New Year’s Eve is always fun if you are with your friends.
